Are your products original?
Yes. Every product is 100% authentic and sourced from brand-authorised distributors. We check batch codes and expiry dates before dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka orders usually arrive within 1–2 days. Outside Dhaka delivery takes 2–4 days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is ৳70 inside Dhaka and ৳130 outside Dhaka. Orders over ৳3,000 ship free.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash on delivery across Bangladesh.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Order page with your order number and the phone number you used at checkout.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If a product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Do I need to patch test?
We recommend patch testing any new product on your inner arm or behind the ear for 24 hours before applying it to your face.
